PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product weight shown are boxed and are approximate. All dimensions shown are nominal.  Gardenpark reserves the
right to vary product specifications as may deemed necessary or desirable without prior notice.  Most of our Teak
furniture especially benches, arm chairs and tables are sub-assembled and shipped in carefully packed cartons. This
is the most economical way to ship and also reduces the risk of any damage to the teak product.  All barstools,
folding chairs and folding tables are fully assembled.

Fully assembled furniture are available with extra shipping charges and a minimum assembly fees of $10 to $12.

WARRANTY

Gardenpark warrants all teak products sold to the original owners for a limited one-year period from the date of
purchase.  No return or exchange is allowed for any weathered, stained, oiled or  finished teak products. This
warranty is limited to replacement of furniture parts or components only and  does not apply to damages resulting
from accidents, poor maintenance and care, alterations, improper assembly, misuse, intentional damage, tempering,
abuse or normal wear and tear due to  weathering including cracks or checking in the end grain.  This warranty does
not apply to all final marked down or clearance items.

Gardenpark is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.

FINAL MARKED DOWN OR CLEARANCE ITEMS

Sales on all final marked down and clearance items are Final and no return or exchange is allowed.

TERMS

On-line orders are net due upon processed. Please contact us if you change your mind within one hour after you
submit the order. Commercial and institutional orders should be submitted in writing with purchase order on business
letterhead.  Universities, state and government purchase order are net 30.  Custom order must be prepaid at the
time of order and is non-refundable.
